Called 5 minutes after ordering and placed an order for delivery. Was told it would take 30 mins. Called 50 mins later and asked if there was an issue finding my address and was told they hadn't started cooking it yet and couldn't give me a time as they were too busy. They must get alot of orders as soon as they open I guess. Can't comment on the food as they didn't bother to cook it
Have been customer of jumbos for many years. Just tried to order when they opened at 530, and pay for delivery to be told very rudely that they are too busy!! Disgusting customer service and attitude. That’s it now, you’ve lost our custom and I shall never recommend this place again..
Very good , Reccomend this Chinese. Owners are very nice especially that one guy with glasses. Karen’s and Sharon’s may complain at other places, but there is no reason to do that here! Would definitely go there again
Great food and consistent with the quality. We have tried most dishes and never been dissapointed. Certainly one of the best in Barnsley.
