I sent an email to the Seller : there is a small problem with the handles. When tilting the teapot, the handles easily leave their support. Let me feel free to send you a video and some pictures for you to better check what is wrong I would personally thank your feedback about it and your confirmation about how this issue could be solved. I guess there will be no problem to replace the sample just received from you by a new one in perfect condition. SELLER RESPONSE : I asked my supplier about this problem. The brass is a metal more malleable than iron and it's easier to be crooked or relaxed. I think it's possible to squeeze a little the handle to solve the problem. ME NOW: this teapot costs 249, This is an unacceptable service for so expensive item. Product received needs to be repaired and seller suggests me to do by myself I have got a tared product at home, and any attittude for offering a feasible solution.
