Food ok not great. Heavy sauce on rice did not go down at night for digestion

The food is brilliant and the service fabulous BUT we have emailed several times for bookings and also messaged via facebook and we rarely get a response which means it is a bit hit and miss to know if we have a table reserved. This needs sorting out.
