My business partner rang this agent earlier today, while we sat together in the car making an enquiry on a commercial property for a board we noticed. In our 20 years of business, we were greeted on the telephone by a lady whose name is unknown, possibly in her 40s, with the utmost horrid telephone manners. What does it cost to hire good staff these days, your \incapable receptionist\ noted our number and to my dismay, my business partner did not receive a call back however a rapid defensive response was received on Google Reviews instead of calling us back to rectify the issue while you boldly claim, all calls are monitored.
Rude and unpleasant female operator. Called to make an enquiry and was shut down and told that no one is available to help/operator did not suggest when to call back and it felt that she was unwilling to assist. I had to ask when would be best to call back, she stated in 30 minutes. I rang back in 30 minutes, the phone repeatedly rang until diverted with a continual ring. This further happened on the same day, after 20 minutes. Poor attitude and customer service skills - (Personally I would fire her, she is bad for business) DO NOT USE.
For the record I engaged the firm of Julian Lewis & Co during 2017 in relation to a commercial property valuation and the subsequent sale. The firm were thoroughly professional and their knowledge of the area coupled with the RICS valuation that they provided, led to the sale being completed within a 4 month period. Highly recommended.
On our recent business transactions with a number of parties. Julian provided excellent advice and strategy for our benefit whilst dealing with the parties with courtesy transparency and all agreed without him the deal/s would not have happened One does not need the \big\ companies when independent like Mr Lewis are so available
Terrible Service, Very Rude and disrespectful!! I would never contact them again even if they were giving out free houses
