Julia Willmott Fitness

I joined Julia as a complete beginner 4 months ago and am really enjoying learning Pilates. I would thoroughly recommend her class. Julia is extremely welcoming to newcomers. She has a wonderful style of instruction: clear, concise, often humorous, very encouraging and always with a big smile. Julia is extremely considerate to anyone's physical limitations and always offers modifications to the exercise. (How does she manage to remember every participants medical conditions?!) All the stress of the previous week (both emotional and physical) somehow manages to unravel and repair during Julia's Pilates class. I feel so calm by the end - it is almost a spiritual experience! You work magic Julia. Thank you!
