This evening, January 27, 2021, around 6:20PM, my daughter and I stopped in for a smoothie. I frequent this establishment a lot and I am familiar with most of the smoothie flavors. This weeks special is berry delight (my favorite). However, today my berry delight was not berry at all! It tasted like a mixture of pineapples with a hint of citrus. I would have returned but didnt notice until I had left the parking lot. Although I love the Juice Shop, the rating today is a 2. Needless to say I was highly disappointed in not receiving what I paid for.

First time back in a long time. In the past, we had several experiences when staff members wouldn’t serve us, shortly before closing time. This time, the staff was great, the service was fast, the place was clean and our smoothie tasted great! Will not wait so long to come back next time.

Excellent smoothie shop in the heart of Friendly Center. My favorite fresh-fruit smoothies are polar peach, arrive orange, and guava gulp. The staff are friendly and do call-ahead orders. They also will split up a smoothie for kids. They do have a handicap accessible parking lot, entrances, and restroom. Love this place! Now accepting card payments as well.

My daughter and I love these smoothies. Delicious and fast! I also want to brag on the staff at the Friendly location. I witnessed a customer getting upset because she couldn't pay with a large bill. They pointed out the posted sign of their policy and provided the manager number and stayed professional while the customer got more and more upset. I think she was upset that she wasn't getting special treatment even though she already didn't park in a regular parking spot and came inside without a face covering. The teens working handled the situation well and managed to take and complete other orders around her. Kudos to them!
