We visited the Kidderminster JTF today to get the Christmas tree as we do every year and we met Simon a member of staff we have got to know over the years and he remembered us straight away and off he went and found us 4 perfect Christmas trees. He really is an asset to the Kidderminster store so friendly so polite and so lovely. Every store needs a Simon. Such a shame the staff on the tills weren’t the same.

First time visit the other day and was impressed, the prices are good and it's huge, wheel hair access for both manual and powered wheelchairs is excellent and parking is adequate with disabled bays They have a bit of everything and some of the prices are amazing, some are standard prices you could find elsewhere but the other lower prices make it a worthwhile visit. The on thing that wasn't clear or obvious when we got there was that you had to sign up for a membership card before going to the checkout, but it's not obvious you need to do this. The checkout operators must get it all the time and seemed a bit miffed when we didn't have a card, so probably get fed up of it happening constantly (maybe the owners need a more obvious sign at the entrance) But generally other than the card it was a very positive experience

Not too bad, might find the odd bargain or tool you couldn't find in the bigger stores. Not amazing but not awful.
