My wife visited the Alnwick branch to look for some kitchen units, and the lads there were extremely helpful. She mentioned how it was a breath of fresh air for her when visiting a builders merchants, how they didn’t talk down to her cos she is a woman. I went in with her to order them and again the lads couldn’t have been any more helpful. They appeared to enjoy their work, which makes a huge difference when interacting with customers. Will definitely be our first choice in the future. Well done lads.

I came into store today to buy some bricks. There was a lovely man outside who showed us a few options and even let us take one to sample and see if it was the same, which it was. I can not fault his customer service he was so helpful! Once we came back to purchase all the bricks we needed we went to the desk where another lovely man was. Again I can not fault his excellent customer service he was also very chatty and friendly and told us everything we needed to know. I really wish we had taken down their names to give them the credit they deserve. We were in store on 24/05/2017 at around 4pm. Lovely store and I will be recommending it to anyone. Thanks again!

Rang today to get sand delivered with the paving slabs order went through and told it would be with me this afternoon.then received a phone call saying it not getting delivered today it might get delivered next week
