Excellent customer service, polite, friendly and helpful. Booked a last minute van for Sunday 27th, didn't have to pay until sat morning but the van was held for me! Very easy to hire, collect and return. The van was clean, in good condition and very reasonably priced. Small issue with the tail lift but solved it by adding some weight to it (me!) Definitely worth all 5 stars. Many thanks

Phoned to rent a van on a last minute (needed for next day), lady who answered the phone was very professional and very sweet too! You can't compare this business to a big commercial ones (like enterprise) as they really care about them customers! Highly recommended! Will use this 100% in a future :)
