So happy with the service I've had from these guys today. I was greeted at the door by Ross who very tactfully and politely said he couldn't let me in until more customers came out due to covid-19. His mannerism instantly gave a good feel for the store, upon entering he briefed me on the new rules they had to adhere to and told me where everything was so off i went to find some new gear in a very comfortable environment. James came to offer his assistance and honestly gave me so much good advice and pointers, he was brilliant. Nothing was to much trouble and i took up so much of his time. I ended up leaving with full leathers, boots, gloves and more. Been for a blast on the bike since and they are absolutely perfect so if you see this mate, thank you very much! Shall definitely use the store again in the future.

Got this helmet from J&S on Friday and I was surprised by how good customer service was. John, who I think was the Deputy Manager, was even kind enough to give me a lift back to The Bullring Center.
Great place for gear, I purchased everything and the friendly staff helped me with everything. Very impressed and I will be returning soon! Cheers guys!
I was in a bit of a rush to buy my first ever set of gear and Mike was a great help, in and out of the shop with everything I needed in about 15 minutes, great fast and helpful service
I brought my first biking gear from hear and if also just brought my new lot of stuff from the I needed boots jacket and a back pad for the new rst18 jacket couldn't really afford it and the gents there done me a deal and I was able to walk away with everything I wanted I saved some money on top end kit and it helps keep the wife happy so win win thanks for helping me out lads
