Order took 10 days to arrive, I had to chase them 3-4 times over the course of the week. I ordered 10m2 (5m x 2m) only recieved 4.5m x 2m, contacted them, had to prove that what I recieved was only 4.5m. Sent them an email, no reply, no apology, no notification and they send the remainder missing length out. I only found out because the courier text me and wait for the goods to arrive again. They charge 16-17 for delivery, which takes 10 days to arrive. Overall service was disappointing, had to chase them repeatedly. Caused massive delays in work. Refused to give me a refund, and suggested that I call Trading Standards Make sure you take a picture of your order number, as I still haven't recieved a confirmation or invoice for the order.
