First time here. Amazing I love the food and the owner was so comforting during this hard time it was nice to see his waitress happy to work and serve customers Feels warm and comforting love the pictures and originality. WORTH THE PRICE AND MORE. BEST SEAFOOD OF MY LIFE. The shrimp was fresh. You can taste the difference. I finally know real seafood. 10 out of 5 stars.

Good authentic seafood restaurants are hard to come by in Manhattan, so when I found out JP’s delivered to Manhattan from City Island, I figured we should give it a try. I was still a bit hesitant due to the prices and also because I had never eaten here before. Well I was very pleased! The food was neatly wrapped to prevent leakage, extra condiments were provided, and the portions were large but also delicious! I ordered 1/2 dozen of clams and was pleasantly surprised to receive a whole dozen without being charged for it. I will definitely order from JP’s again and once I feel more comfortable dining in person, I’ll definitely visit JP’s. Thanks for a great Valentine’s Day dinner!
John the owner definitely knows how to treat the ladies, amazing guy. king crab legs were amazing, all the beverages as well. you won't find JP's on the main strip. You have to make the first left off the bridge. JP's is the second restaurant on the left hand side. Pull up!
It was my first time in City Island over the past weekend and I had a pleasant experience at JP's. I initially called the place to make sure of the menu and its pricing because the yelp seemed to have ranked some of its prices on its site for some reason. Anyhow, the prices might scare you a bit and seem pricey but their quality of seafood is great and the portions are HUGE. I got to try their fried shrimp, crab legs, crab stuffed flounder, mussel diavolo and paella. Their shrimp is no joke and and their paella was seasoned nicely. LOVED their garlic bread and tartar sauce. I would def go back for more.
Food was hot and fresh. Waitress (Maureen) was great. Very knowledgeable of the Menu. Came to my Table in a timely manner. Had 5 people at my table. Didn't wait too long for our Order. I would come back again.
