Excellent customer service. Had been there twice and both times they were v cordial and professional. Work done v quickly, no hassles at all. One issue is that can get appointment only after 2 months, also they give out only 30 tokens per day for walkin cases, can look at increasing this to reduce waiting time. Once you are in, its excellent.

Went today and the lady and the guards are the people are professional and kind. Kind manner too. I do recommend this place to those who hesitated. They gave priority definitely to those who did the booking but even for those who doesn't they still in good manner trying to accept and help out those whom are queing outside. This is a 1 stop centre where they had everything there.

Center of most government services. Easy access, lots of parking lots (got TnG), follow SOPs, efficient staffs and serves right for the people. Just come early and secure your appointment online for ease of services during MCOs.
Super efficient, systematic and friendly. 1.5 hours to get IC replaced and birth certificate reprinted. They imposed social distancing too.. kudos JPN!
