Did a good job and guys friendly - really made a difference to the carpets - would use again
like
Booked JP carpet cleaning to come and clean all my carpets in my home. However they never showed up, booked them to come on a Friday morning at 8am. When nobody showed after half an hour I rang about 5 times but no answer. I also left a voicemail and waited in until 10am. I still to this day 2 weeks later have not heard from them. Absolute terrible service and would never use them again for not even acknowledging my calls and voicemail. Don't even deserve a 1 star !!
Friendly and well run service
We use JP Carpet Cleaning regularly ever since they managed to remove red wax from our cream carpet! We use our own carpet cleaning (Vax) in-between cleans, but the clean that we get from JP Carpet cleaning makes our personal machine look rubbish!
