Joy is amazing and definitely weaves magic into hair!! I got box braids back in August and they are still in, I get so many compliments about them. The whole experience from the first time I went into the shop, to booking my appointment to getting my hair done was just so professional and friendly....I’m booking in again next week for some more of Joys magic

Called for a price to fit sewn in extensions, she did not show what they were like sewn in. Absolutely botched up job, look like she has never done these before. Paid 500 for these extensions she has ruined and to add insult to injury called and explained that I’m not happy and these have not been put in professionally and asked for a refund and she laughs says this is not how it works and puts the phone down. Have pictures of the mess and reporting to trading standards as there was no way any standard given to what she done. DISGRACEFUL
