If i could give 6 stars i would!! From our initial meeting to the morning after the event James was professional and thorough. Email communication was always clear and the whole process was very well organised despite my sometimes overly specific requirements! The food was amazing and, with so many positive comments from the guests, it was clear to see we had certainly booked the right catering company. During the event the team worked in perfect harmony to ensure everything ran to time and worked almost unnoticed. I have no doubts that the quality products and ingredients alongside strong a management and a structured effective team were the reason our event ran so smoothly and was so well received. Joshua's catered my wedding in the summer. We had a medieval style banquet and a hog roast. The food was amazing and there was heaps of it! They were very quick in replying to any queries, and were happy and flexible to cater to any requests. Everyone enjoyed the food immensely.

Joshua's catered our wedding for 110 people and we, and our friends can't stop raving about them! From start to finish they were wonderful! They designed a menu that reflected exactly what we wanted which was an unusual Spanish/Thai theme! Everyone I dealt with at Joshua's over the planning period was brilliant and so helpful, always with a prompt, friendly and flexible response as well as good value and transparent pricing that helped us keep to our budget. In the run up to our wedding everyone at Joshua's was so helpful and acomadating, every diatary requirement we had was catered for as well as being totally happy to fit in with the timings of our day (which of course all ran late and they acomadated brilliantly). When we arrived at the venue staff had a drink ready and the head chef had a platter of canapes that had been set aside for us which was a lovely touch in the middle of a busy day! The food itself on the day was wonderful! Everyone we spoke to loved it and it was absolutely delicious! It's clear that James and Glyn are wonderfully talented and put real thought into their food as well as being experienced in their field, making really helpful suggestions at planning stages that we hadnt thought of which made our day run smoothly. The serving staff were all lovely, so accommodating, flexible and friendly- they couldn't do enough even when totally unrelated to the food, all great, can do, helpful people! From start to finish we couldn't have asked for more from anyone! Planning a wedding isn't the easiest thing but working with Joshua's was a real joy and the professionalism and friendly attitude of everyone from the chef's, admin staff and serving staff made everything stress free and fun! Thank you so much, we cannot recommend you enough!

We used Joshua catering for a private Dinner when staying near Lydney and it was a pleasure from beginning to end. The food was excellent, all 3 courses and they couldn't do enough to help. I would highly recommend them.
