Restrictions have JUST been lifted for in-restaurant dining, so we thought we'd go out to celebrate a double birthday. Chose the give Joseph's a try. Walked in & were greeted by the hostess , wearing her mask down below her nose around uncovered food. We tried to keep our distance from her, but after sitting down she came back to us & leaned over our table while still not covering her nose with her mask. We had to ask her to move away from us & put her mask on properly. She said her mask didn't fit properly & left. When our waitress came over to the table, she had her mask down on her chin, with BOTH her nose & mouth completely uncovered while leaning in to talk to us over the table!! We asked HER to put her mask on & she snapped that she would find someone else to wait on our table. We sat around, mostly ignored until the hostess came by with water, mask still loosely bobbing on & off her nose. We left without eating (who knows if anyone was even bothering to wear masks in the kitchen!!) & found a much better restaurant that followed the mandatory health guidelines for the state. It's places like this that are prolonging the restaurant restrictions & making dining out more difficult for everyone!! I will NOT be going back to a restaurant that refuses to follow basic health & safety guidelines.

Intimate and Welcoming from the moment you walk in. Cathy, Zach, and the owner Joseph we’re a delight more than accommodating. I know Olive Garden has the phase, “When you’re here you’re family”, but the staff at Joseph truly lives it. Lobster bisque and clam chowder was incredible. You could taste the freshness of the lobster and clams in each bite. Surf and Turf was mouth watering! Thank you so much for a wonderful night out and even better food.
One of the best fine dining I've ever been too if I could give a 1000 stars I would the staff was so professional and friendly and helpful from top to bottom the dining area was like the best I've been in . the plates we're so top chef as it gets. I highly recommend this place . if you want to spoil your partner or loved one this is the spot even the best chef's of the world would love to dine at this restaurant you will not be disappointed what so ever it's worth every penny .
WOW WOW WOW!! I can’t say enough GOOD things about this restaurant. We dined in for a long over due ladies night. We were seated in the back in our own little nook which was very intimate and great for conversation. Everyone on the staff was extremely attentive and so nice! Cathy was our server and she made our night so memorable with her great personality and personable service. I ordered the Fruit De Mare and it was honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. For being in Colorado, the seafood tasted just as fresh as it does on the west coast, very impressive... my friend had the scallops and lobster tortellini... it was also amazing and definitely what I will order next! The food took a little time to prepare but I actually liked that because it came out steaming and not as if it had been sitting under a food warmer for 10 minutes. So fresh! The cocktails, the bread, salad... everything was perfect... and then came the dessert! I wanted the raspberries and vanilla cream sauce and they were unfortunately out of raspberries. Instead of telling me I couldn’t order it, Joseph himself went out, bought raspberries and I had my dessert within 15 minutes! Such amazing service! And the dessert was totally worth the wait, it may be one of the most simple yet delicious desserts I’ve ever eaten. My party had a wonderful night and it was honestly made so much better by the amazing food and personable service we received at Joseph’s. If there was an option to give 10 stars I totally would.... and let me also mention that if anything was not to our liking, the staff seemed very , very willing to fix it! Perfect for date night, family dinner or with a group of friends, we can’t wait to go back and we hope to have Cathy as our waitress again! Thank you Joseph’s!!
Amazing experience. The food was incredible. The service was wonderful. We had a lovely meal. The caesar salad and clam chowder were some of the best we've ever had in the city. We will be back!
