Piece by piece. Person by person. I want the world to be more gentle, more including and more understanding. I want to do it from the inside - from the heart. The heart of you and me and anybody, who will listen. I have been down… I have been sick with stress and couldn’t feel my needs or wants. I didn’t even know who I was. I just felt wrong and in the way. With the help of my supportive husbund I have build myself up again - I have figured out who I am, what I need and what I want. And what I want is to use my life creating a better world! I will focus on selfdevelopment, sustainability and mindfulness. I will use my personal experience to inspire and guide you to stand strong in your essence. To recognise your values, your bounderies and your true self - and make your life choises from the core of you. I will share my journey towards a more sustainable lifestyle. And I will make meditation audios and videos for you to use, when you need to calm down and to build yourself up. I hope you will follow me, as I set out to change the world.
