This maybe should be a 3 star for the meal but the place was nice and clean and service was excellent. Squaw bread was fresh and awesome. Great salad. Blooming onion was good but pretty greasy. Coconut shrimp was dynamite, but steak and burger were overcooked. Asked for medium rare and got medium well. The mashed potatoes were lacking flavor. Fun times, but the meat didn't deliver

We had ordered their signature Gold coast Rita and strawberry mojito for drinks. Both tasted pretty okay, nothing fancy or splendid about them. We had gold coast coconut shrimp for appetizers another signature dish which was good, slightly sweeter due to the coconut. The waitress was a little clumsy and dropped a few pieces of shrimp on the table which were not replaced. The remoulade was sweet as well and would have loved something spicy to balance off the sweet taste of shrimp. We had the Alice springs chicken as a main course with 2 sides- aussie fries and Caesar salad. The chicken felt like rubber was not at all tender with cheese and bacon. Not worth trying. The caesar salad was really good. The best part was their fresh baked bread with butter. Really yum.
Ordered curbside pick-up last night - absolutely atrocious. Medium rare steak was medium well, macaroni and cheese was dry, no sauce at all. Literally no sauce, just plain pasta. Bacon left off our order of loaded french fries. Extremely disappointed to get home with our food and find it in that condition - no way to return the order, as the restaurant was closed by the time we could have driven back. On the flip side - the bloomin’ onion was great, and the ribs were pretty good. Value for product was underwhelming. Sadly, will not return.
Sat at the bar waited about 20 minutes before any bar tender or waiter/waitress showed up. Ordered our drinks and blooming onion which didn't take long however it was about one hour after receiving our drinks that someone showed back up to take our order. The bar tender was running food orders for the entire restaurant instead of being focused on the bar. No manager present.
Appetizer was cold took almost an hour to get food then they did not bring all of it out at one time and we could hear the waitress yelling at cook staff that they shorted her food and then she came back saying sorry they didn't want to crowd her plate with to much and to top it all off the manager was at the bar eating and making and drinking a martini. We almost got a picture of him drinking it but he seen us.
