My baby shower was amazing! Mrs.Jackson was truly a pleasure to work with! She handled absolutely everything, leaving us with the only task of finding what to wear. It was exactly what we imagined and it turned out beautiful. Thank you for being so loving, kind and removing the stress for us! This company was referred to me by a previous client that rented this hall in the pass.They warned me about Mrs.Jacksons directness which can also come across as rude, unpredictable and unprofessional.It truly was unfortunate that I had such a horrible interaction with this owner, we decided not to book with this hall.I truly believe it might be time for the owner to retire or move out of Clayton County because she truly believes that Black Folk are out to destroy her business!We are here to patronize your business and refuse to be mistreated or bullied by any establishment.We wish her the best and hope that. Mrs.Jackson understands that the Citizens of Clayton County are Homeowners,Teachers,Doctors and much more that could help grow this business,however the rude,unpredictable directness needs to be addressed.Please treat all clients with respect no matter whom they are. Always amazing design and attention to detail with events. I have not seen one event yet that was not jaw dropping and uniquely put together. Karla Jackson will be a \Top Dog\ in this business mark my words. It's just a matter of time before those \powers to be\ discover her amazing gift.
I am looking for a venue to host a 50th birthday party and I always like to read the negative reviews to get a realistic feel for the business. Based on how this business responds to negative feedback, I would not want to do business with them. In each and every instance it is someone else's fault, the other person had an attitude. Not one of her responses indicated humility or an attitude that she would do better. As I said before I do not know this person but based on her responses, I could not do business with her.
