It would've been nice if when I called the first time and asked \What is needed to get my boyfriend out?\ I was actually given the correct information. Instead, the lady found his bond amount, told me the initial bail fee and then the fee if payments were needed. There was no mention of anything else. When I went in, I was told something completely different and also was spoken to like a child. There is no need to be disrespectful to people who don't know anything about bail/jail and who are already dealing with a stressful situation. Extremely rude.

Well id like to speak with the owner about a matter of fraud and other things but everytime I call and ask to speak with the owner I'm told that who ever is working can help me but honestly what I need to speak with the owner about doesn't concern them and its something I'm very sure that the owner would like to know about but I've yet to speak with the owner hopefully I'll be able to eventually
