A motion was made to dismiss a case for a divorce to Judge Jason. After waiting for the case to be dismissed, my wife and I was informed that we are divorced and it is final. Now we will have to get married again, and the covid-19 virus may cause us problems. Never will I ever depend on this Judge for anything. He had plenty of tiime to read our motion/partition before finalizing our divorce that neither of us wanted in the first place.

I filed for a uncontested divorce in July 2020, it’s now January 2021, and I’m still not divorce, I pray I will never have to use judge Carter for anything in life I had to jump through hoops replying to everything she needed and I’m still pending, unbelievable.
My rating is based on the phone service. Pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to reach a human. The menu options are very limited & even if you call 10 times & press every number you likely still won’t find What you’re looking for. Not online & not over the phone! They need a major reboot on every level
So apparently in Clayton County if you have a custody case they will look at all the plaintiffs and defendants in the sheriffs system and pull all the warrants that people have. My person and I went to a case there and they pulled him to the side and said guess what you have a warrant! And he said no sir I don’t. They put him in restraints and took him in front of the whole courtroom. Thank god we had a lawyer and he was able to get paperwork stating that he in fact did not have any warrant out. Watch yourself when you go in the courthouse!!!! They never even apologized! Smh just a mess.
