Just had the best haircut with Beth, I left feeling so good and had such a good time while at Jones & Payne. Beth did such a beautiful job and was so kind. I'll definitely be back! All the staff were lovely and I also had a fab hair wash/head massage and pot of tea which was the icing on the cake to a great visit. Would highly recommend to anyone.Thank you Beth and Jones & Payne!

Elliot is an AMAZING Stylist!!! Precision hair cut with absolute attention to detail.. always leave feeling great with a cut that lasts and works with my lifestyle. He really listens and then creates the perfect look.. always great to talk too and such a pleasure catching up with him. Highly recommend in every way.
I went for a cut with Ross recently, it was a great experience. He’s very talented and creative with short hair styling, fully understand what I m looking for. 100% happy with my look, will visit again!
Couldn’t recommend more. I get my haircut with Elliot and it’s the best my hairs ever been. He listens to what you want and gives you some honest advice and input too based on your hair type and styling. The result is a haircut that I get endless compliments on :)
After writing a glowing review about these guys a few weeks back, I’ve retracted it following a terrible experience with them. My blonde hair was turned orange (one side much darker than the other). I tried to arrange for a colour correct (after providing photos) and it was extremely difficult. I haven’t received an apology despite numerous emails back and forth trying to arrange for the correction. They have the potential to be amazing but their customer service when things go wrong is really appalling.
