I applied to a position with Jones Networking for a client’s opening of theirs and have been working with Lisa Witmer. She is fantastic and I was offered the job. Lisa is very nice, professional and quick at responding. I’ve enjoyed working with her a lot. I have nothing negative to say about her or the Jones Networking. I’m also really excited to work with my new boss (VP of HR) starting this coming Monday, she seemed great during the interview.

I used to be a recruiter with Jones Networking out of college. The owners and other team members are amazing people. I left to only gain more well-rounded experience in HR. More recently, they placed me with my new company and role. I have never felt more at home. Sometimes it takes some time to be matched perfectly with that company you have been looking for. They do care about people and they listen and match good talent to good jobs. Use them!!!
Not a good company. Went to an interview with Tiffany ,wasted my time taking all these test, was told about a position, ends up the client was no longer looking for anyone not even being told I had to track the recruiter down by email .so ok moving forward after I see postings on their site all the time in which I decided to email my recruiter to let her know I’m interested. Which she followed up by a call, The entire time on the phone call I felt like she was uninterested in helping me move forward and until this day still no word back after she “submitted me” to the client. Needless to say I will not be accepting or working with this company that pays so little. I have worked for other agencies and will not tolerate being treated like they are not trying to help me.
Jones Networking is a great staffing agency. In Jan 2014 they assisted me with in finding better employment. Lisa Witmer and Amy Harrsion were instrumental in securing my new position as a Cost Account with a real estate developer. They kept great communication typically week during my job search. Both were professional and held great relationships with my new employers. My employers spoke highly of them and the human talent they've provided them. While it may take time, the people at Jones Networking were dedicated in finding me a position that I desired.
