I bought a property through Jones and Chapman (first-time buyer), and they were very professional throughout the process. Despite the difficulties of lockdown/CoVid they were timely in their responses and were able to help guide me through the buying process, and field any questions I had about what would happen next! Bobbi-Jo from the sales team was very helpful, and kept me in the loop about what was happening with my offer as well!

During the Covid-19 outbreak they were one of only a limited number of agencies not actively marketing and seeking a new tenant on my behalf. Once they did get into action they were very efficient and effective. Admit to having had mixed experiences with their service in the past but of very recent times James has been consistently good whilst Rory is very efficient at turning things round quickly.

I was delighted to be assisted in my search by such wonderful and dedicated professionals. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for Afeefah Khan. She was attentive to our specific needs as tenants and extremely knowledgeable. Afeefah’s amiable and pleasant manner on the phone was a delight. She was extremely reliable and never failed to answer our queries by phone and by email. I was also extremely impressed when witnessing the teamwork of the letting staff. The respect that they have for each other was clearly evident and this truly instils confidence in their people. I would like to sincerely thank Afeefah for her diligence and efficient administration. I would also like to thank Alex. She was extremely welcoming and friendly whilst also maintaining one hundred percent professionalism.
