Jones & Bros have been amazing during this lockdown period, delivering fresh produce within a few days from ordering. I am so happy with the quality of the salad box we received today and the eggs are incredible! I highly recommend them for fast milk and essential deliveries to your door, we will continue to use them when this situation is over and a special mention to Lucy in their customer service department who is both efficient and polite, a pleasure using their services!
I couldn't recommend Jones Bros enough for your basic food delivery needs. They are reliable and their customer service is bar none, getting back to you with very friendly down to earth swift responses. If anything has gone wrong with a delivery (even if not their fault) they will make sure its made right to their inconvenience if needed.
My shopping experience with Jones Bros was of a very high standard throughout. Initial contact and communication was pleasant and efficient. The produce that was delivered was carefully packed and was of top quality. I highly recommend this company.
