Mr. Richards-Jones, one of the managers, conducted a deplorable survey of my sister's property on behalf of her neighbour. It is by far the most inaccurate, unprofessional, bias, depraved, unreliable published article of work I have ever read. One of the highlights of the report is the statement that my sister harassed her neighbour \verbally and physically\. No evidence provided, not caveat to explain that it is a mere claim, no regard for the consequences of such irresponsible accusations. Mr Richards-Jones then judged in his wisdom that compensation must be paid to the neighbour. Another highlight is his comments regarding the construction of a shared fence which was built 3 months AFTER his last visit to the property. Jones Battye are run by an untrustworthy and morally corrupt man and should be avoided.

They arranged the survey within 5 days and provided the survey report within 2 weeks of the survey. The survey was comprehensive and identified useful issues where components of the building were reaching their end of life. It was very useful to have a conversation with the surveyor on the phone after the survey had been undertaken where they explained the highest risk areas that they had identified. They also responded quickly where I had a few questions after receiving the written report to explain some of the more technical terms. They were willing to go back to the house a second time to check up on something that had not been accessible the first time. Thank you very much for the survey and the professional service.
