Such a compassionate and personal service. I chose them because they were more flexible and personal towards requests compared to national competitors, and I am so glad I did. It is always so hard when a loved one passes away, particularly during lockdown perhaps, Debbie really helped by guiding and supporting through the process.

My father died suddenly about a month ago and we got Jonathon Whiting to deal with the funeral. Various family members requested a viewing at different times which was not not an issue at all. The meeting to make arrangements was discreet and informed. Any request or question was quickly taken care of with minimal fuss. We were kept informed and updated on a regular basis. There were some issues we could not make up our minds on and they gave us time and did not pressured us to decide. Personal items we took in to be included in the burial were all correctly placed according to our wishes. Debbie and the other lady were very welcoming and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. On the day Debbie was brilliant. Softly explaining the correct procedure's to the family, walking in front of the hearse and generally making sure we were all aware of what would happen next. The service they provided was compassionate, dignified, friendly, reassuring and above all, very professional. The cost of these services were pleasingly surprising considering the full extend of the services we received. We would highly recommend Jonathon Whiting funeral services to take care of your loved ones when they have passed. Put simply they are the best in the business. At one of the most difficult times we all have to face Jonathan, Debbie and the team are there to guide and support you every step of the way. Funerals are all about individuals and none of us want to have regrets over what we 'should have done' weeks or months later, Jonathan makes sure you don't by checking and suggesting options for each stage. Its hard to think clearly at the time so it is comforting to know that someone is thinking clearly for you and cares in doing so. Can't thank you enough for your support.
