Excellent Service. We first visited twelve months ago for tests and new glasses. Totally professional from start to finish. Slight problems with one of the frames after twelve months nothing was to much trouble replaced frame immediately. Would highly recommend this opticians Certainly 5 STAR QUALITY. Already booked our next appointment. We live in the Midlands But would definitely not go any were else. Many Thanks Anne & Ray Brown

I recently walked in with a pair of glasses that had been damaged by them falling off my head whilst running along a main road and getting run over.I was was very concerned that they were not repairable.A visit to Jonathan Partridge Optometrists soon changed that. The ever wonderful staff very kindly sorted out the problem and repair with the frame within an hour free of charge. The service along with expert advise received in the last eighteen years has been second to none . I would never consider going elsewhere as I have complete confidence in Jonathan and his team

I first became a customer here when I moved to the Welshpool area in 1994. Since then I have moved to Shropshire and Jonathan Partridge is now a 2 x 23 mile route for me. Nevertheless I wouldn't dream of switching to any more conveniently located optometrist. Throughout that 24 year period I have received not only huge expertise but also huge kindness. I have recently developed various sight problems, as is to be expected at my age, and the sympathy and encouragement that I receive from Jonathan Partridge at every visit means a huge amount to me. I always leave the premises feeling deeply reassured and with a much more positive attitude to life.
