Staff very friendly and helpful. They can offer advice on all products and animal care. Selection is slightly better than pets at home in my opinion. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The store was busy but well organised. Good signage to enable a one way system around the store. Not everyone following it but wide aisles so able to keep a distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good experience

Edit (1* to 3*): Ended up there once again, to my surprise they were now stocking crested gecko complete diet, and one of the best brands at that (Repashy). Whether that is in response to this review doesn't really matter, the improvement is very much welcome. They'll happily sell crested geckos themselves, but don't sell the right food to keep them healthy, because by the staff's own account, \It's too expensive to stock\. It's 12 a tub on amazon BTW. I also saw more dead fish in the tanks than I've seen in any other pet store.
