4 stars for stock and pricing being so low. Staff all deserve the full 5 stars! As they are mostly all so helpful, knowledgeable, kind and chatty. But! I would never buy a bird or a fish from this shop ever again. 2 Budgies, 1 Cockatiel and over 20 fish, very sadly unfortunately passed away very quickly after buying from store. The 2 budgies (on separate occasions) found dead one morning. One 4 months and the other 5 months after buying from store. The Cockatiel passed away 2 months after buying from the store. Found dead at bottom of cage one morning. No birds had signs of being unwell, although they were not good at flying which suggests mass/forced breeding! This was suggested to me by a professional bird person. Birds from other stores still alive, and most certainly no signs of fighting. The fish all dropped dead one by one. No visible signs of disease that could have be treated. Just kept dropping dead. Water was persistently tested and no imbalances. And no fighting whatsoever. Fish from other stores all still alive. Jolleys were adamant that we were the cause of the deaths but Its just very strange that we have pets from other more proffessional and caring shops and they all live today or have lived their full life expectancy. Pets in bad health, buy from Jolleys!
