Dont let the negative reviews fool you. Most of the reviewers have been asked to leave because of rule lnfractions ie smoking weed in restrooms, showing up for shelter drunk/high, verbally abusing staff, not controlling children/selves, threatening staff. The shelter has a check in time, some feel that doesnt apply to them and become abusive when turned away. Some seem to forget where they're at and expect luxury accomodations and if their expectations arent met become abusive.

A joke but better than nothin moo
It's not open to the public right now to sit in the drop in center. I generally will go there to sit in here to stay out of the heat and out of the cold. The general Public can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner there. Because of the social distancing and the COVID-19 pandemic, there are so many people who are allowed in the dining room at a time now. I've been back within a week's time to pick up my mail. I miss going in the drop-in to watch movies, nod off when I need to, use the facilities if necessary, and eat all the snacks and drink all the beverages that I want. I buy too much an end up giving most of it away. Hopefully the drop in center opens back up soon. I want to take my baby boy there. It's my second home.
A great place for help.
