Yes the wait time is lengthy sometimes but battistini is amazing and gets things done and doesn’t beat around the bush which I greatly appreciate. The receptionist and staff are all very sweet and greet you with a smile. My husband is always invited back for ultrasounds and I have never Been alone during check ups. Like I said, battistini is great.

They are always talking about PATIENT CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION over the phone in front of other patients. You have NO PRIVACY. Has numerous students I assume in the back who doesn't identify themselves but take notes about you. (Weird) He doesn't take the time to know or learn his patients. Hasn't helped me with any problems I went to see him for. He's a joke not consistent other than delivering babies and I would advice against that. Cannot diagnose or treat just several appointments and no labs, Ultrasounds or anything just prescriptions. He doesn't even do a full exam.

Asked not to be left by myself in a room with a Male doctor because i was not comfortable, nurse Assured me she would be there the whole time.. still left me and when I mentioned it argued with me about how she was there for the physical exam “Like she said”. But was not there the 15 or so mins before as I sat in my gown uncomfortable talking with this man I didn’t know yet and I couldn’t even have my fiancé there to make me feel better about it like they want you to be alone. I would definitely pick the office if you don’t care about the babies father being a part of much cause the only time it’s acceptable to be accompanied by someone is during an ultrasound, and when you ask about that they’ll tell you “if you don’t like it find another office” this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen and both my appts seemed rushed and I got little to no information about anything, they even had me come in 3 weeks before my appt to get tests done so they would be ready for my appt to be reviewed and go from there and on the day of my appt I was told it would be a couple weeks before my results are in..which I still never got any results ever. so what was the point? Waste of time. And the receptionists talk loud as ever (rude at that)over the phone explaining peoples business I shouldn’t know about every patient you talk to while I wait for my appt. 10 outta 10 WOULDNT recommend

I called to schedule my appt not once did they mention no children allowed during time of appt, i get there sign in and once they called my name the lady said oh no you have to reschedule you have your child, as I'm walking out i heard her tell the other staff cant she read the sign? I mean regardless if i saw the sign when i got there, you mean to tell me you would just waste any other mothers time and not mention it until you drive down there?

I love it here. Diane is such a funny knowledgeable receptionist and always can get me in the same week I call. Dr. Battistini is very very sweet. Always answers all my questions & concerns that I have and makes sure that if I am experiencing any issues, that we take action on it. Definitely recommend to anyone. The only thing I don’t like is how quick the visit is because sometimes I leave the office with a couple questions that came to mind, so then I just call :)
