Visit this store loads as always at Fox Valley. The staff are always really helpful and really interactive with my daughter too. I went in last week and Rya and Rach couldn't have been more helpful, looking in delivery for certain items I was interested in and just really friendly.

I visited to return an unwanted gift. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and sorted the exchange without a hitch. Really pleased with my replacements and the relaxed shopping experience.
Rude staff. Not friendly at all. I had a present bought for me but was the wrong size for my baby so I went into this store to ask if i could exchange the item for the next size up. They told me they didn't have the item in stock so I couldn't I asked if I could exchange it for another item then and they said no. They said for all they knew I could have bought it off eBay. Ok if this is company policy fair enough but it could be explained in a kind and courteous manner. I told the shop assistant that I know of no other store that does not let you exchange for another item and she said Primark doesn't let you. Is this the image JoJo Maman Bebe is looking for to be likened to Primark???? I will not be returning to this store again.
Second time I’ve been in to this store first time thought it was me but got the same rude service from the same two ladies months after first visit. I complained to customer services first time round but see nothing has changed. Shopped at most Jojo Maman Bebes and always had excellent service. Not one to complain but shocking customer service at this store
