All staff very friendly. A little bit tough to find. Signage isn't great until you get to the door. Visitor Center at Exit 120 will be closed 8/2/2018 to 10/1/2018 and relocated to Exit 119 before the DuPont Gate.
Not a tourist attraction. This is where you go for permission to enter JBLM's various ranges. The staff are incredibly helpful though, so there's that.
Incredibly supportive staff always has positive attitude and enhances our unit's training
Very detailed information about ranges, training areas, environmental considerations. Front desk was very helpful.
