Rude staff gave me a hard time today about using their pharmacy as a DPD pickup location, even though this is a service they and DPD provide, if they are not happy about DPD providing this service, they need to speak to DPD, not give off to the customer who is using the convenient service provided by DPD. I’d also like to clarify that I am not ‘using their address’ - DPD advise that I can use the pharmacy as a pickup location, which I did. I will no longer look to do this at Johnston’s pharmacy - not worth the bother.
