This is my 2nd car from James Rafferty at Warrington VW and whenever I'm next in need or know anyone in need of a new car, I'll point them in James' direction. James is extremely helpful, attentive and approachable, a nice and genuine chap. The new motor is a dream and James couldn't have done more for in, we even got the car a day earlier than expected which was a nice bonus. Thanks again James and I'm sure we will do business again in the future.

Fantastic service received from James Rafferty! James greeted us on the forecourt and discussed our needs, then showing us various options. The car I selected had a few things that needed to be sorted, the turnaround time was great with James keeping me informed about the progress throughout the whole process. I couldn't recommend James more, I will definitely be returning at the end of this lease.
