Used this dry cleaners a couple of years ago and it wasn't very good. I've been in there since and the staff in there are so friendly! The new manager has turned it around completely especially considering there's only two full time people in there now apparently including the manager.

Having used this dry cleaners for many years now I have always been impressed with their reliable service and pleasant manner. Today they exceeded my high expectations by calling me to say that I had left 50 in my trouser pocket. Well done to them for not only doing a great job but also being wonderfully honest and very kind. Definitely a company you can trust.
Dropped a coat in Thursday morning and said it was need for Monday, I was told this was not a problem and to come back on Saturday after 3pm, I arrived at 3.15pm to be told it hadn't even been started as it needed to be cleaned on it's own and not with other items, I asked why I had not been contacted and was informed it was not their policy. So dont trust them if you need items back on a guaranteed day imo.
It's a dry cleaner's. And?
