Took my abarth turismo in for its first service yesterday. Was done before the estimated time, car cleaned, and a new speaker ordered(I though it was just a panel rattling!). All covid precautions in place and adhered to.... Met the business manager Becky, who looked after me and chatted whilst I waited. She was absolutely lovely. And sorted me out a coffee!!! Massive bonus!!! Really would recommend Johnsons

After 7 weeks in lock down and not being able to use my beloved Giulia I was looking forward to taking her for a ride but understandably so it would not start as the battery was totally drained after seven weeks of no activity, I managed to jump start the car (not an easy task) than phoned Ian at Johnsons Alfa Romeo in Solihull to see if they could check the battery and help me out as the IBS might be preventing the battery from recharging fully. Ian, as always, very kindly says to me no problem, bring your Giulia we will sort some wheels for you and leave everything with us to sort. With no notice they gave me a courtesy car, kept my Giulia for a couple of days to make sure the battery was fully charged and with no faults, gave it back to me nice and clean (as always) and charged me NOTHING. This is customer service at its best. Thanks a lot
