My. 6 month follow up Dr Beach was fantastic. The Johns Creek office took me back on time and Dr Beach has a caring attitude and spent as much time as i needed. I am 73 year old male and came out of office smiling with BP of 128/72. Ted Davis

First visit with the Dr was very good. Subsequently they completely botched by nuclear scan. Then I had an echocardiogram scheduled today at 11am. I showed up early and was presented a paper saying that I would owe them 93.77. I was never advised that there would be an extra charge based on my insurance despite them reminding me of my appointment half a dozen or more times in a week. Very unprofessional to schedule appointments without advising the patient ahead of time of the cost. I walked out. (knowing that I was not supposed to be charged) I called the office back. Said they dropped the ball by not getting pre authorization for the test. They said they would call me back last Friday. Today is Tuesday. They never called

I was late only 10 minutes to my appointment then I was told that I had to wait 3 hours. This is just not acceptable.
