We love Johnny's BBQ. My husband and I live in Birmingham, but when driving north, we always stop at Johnny's. We both order the BBQ pork sandwich plate. We stopped for lunch today and for some reason our sandwiches had less than half of the usual amount of BBQ pork. We were quite disappointed, hopefully this is not a something they are going to continue doing in the future.

The service was pretty bad and the food tasted like it was reheated. Honestly I would not recommend at all if you do go here stay away from the bacon and potato salad it’s just nasty as can be
Johnnys offers delicious entrées and àl a carte that is sure to satisfy your family and guest's cravings for authentic barbeque. Johnny's is a long-established Alabama 'institution' replete with a friendly and attentive staff; a picturesque facility; and, a clean & safe environment. A discerning customer, I have been coming to this BBQ oasis since1974. Add a couple stars... Kudos
Called in my order and used there curbside service. The price was reasonable and it tasted great. The only thing was that I asked for two ranch dressings, she only brought us one. That's the only reason for 4 stars. Oh yea I meant to take a picture of my BBQ potato, but it was so good I forgot!
Amazing family owned mom and pop place in biz for 56 years. We were traveling through the area and according to google this place and another bbq place which was a chain had the same rating so we chose the family business and were NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! GREAT food and service!! A must stop for award winning bbq!
