John Reed & Son

We have just had a 50 year old Dyrlund dining table and chairs refurbished by the John Reed and Son team. Communication was great, and nothing was too much trouble. We are thrilled with the end results - it appears better than new. I fully recommend this professional team.

John Reed & Son Upholstery have just completed the most amazing transformation of my dining table and chairs from a drab traditional furniture set to a stunning 2 tone dining table and chairs, so beautifully restored that I am reluctant to use it. To be honest, I was initially skeptical when I discussed my requirements with Tom at John Reed & Son but he assured me that my cherished furniture was in good hands. I needn’t have worried, the quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail was exceptional and my dinning table and chairs looked fabulous. Customer service was also great, staff were always courteous and professional. I would recommend John Reed & Son upholstery shop every time. Thank you Tom and the team. Teresa

I got in touch with John Reed & Son to get my solid oak dining table top stripped, re-stained and lacquered as it had been damaged by heat and some nasty scratches. They quickly responded to my emails, arranged to pick up the table top, one week later I had my beautiful table back looking as new! A thoroughly professional company to deal with and would highly recommend.
