It's a car park! Fairly clean and tidy but can get busy inside and queue for a while when leaving. Space counter, on nearby signs and outside can sometimes be misleading. Convenient for John Lewis, entrances at #2, Ground and Basement levels, but beware one way foot access on stairs and covid restrictions in lifts.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! - I UNFORTUNATELY PARKED MY NEW CAR HERE, THINKING IT WAS A \SECURE\ \CCTV\ CARPARK, I CAME BACK AFTER 6 HOURS TO FIND MY CAR VANDALISED, 3 DENTS AND A SCRATCH! I HAD PARKED IN FRONT OF TWO CCTV CAMERAS AND I WAS TOLD BY THE CAR PARK THERE IS NO FOOTAGE OF MY CAR PARKED UP IN ITS BAY! SO IN 6 HOURS NOT ONCE IS MY CAR ON THEIR CCTV, SO HOW ON EARTH THEY CAN ADVERTISE THIS AS A SECURE CAR PARK BEATS ME!! SO PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK PEOPLE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT OUR LOVELY NEW CARS, ALL THEY ARE CONCERNED ABOUT IT THEIR PAY STATIONS AS THE MAN ON THE PHONE TOLD ME THATS WHERE THE CAMERAS ARE POINTING!! SHAME IT DOESNT LET ME GIVE THEM MINUS STARS!
Walk catch a bus or a train don't sit In traffic polluting our air better of turning the car park as a play ground.
Very good carpark but it's always full sadly and this is the main car park in solihull centre rest are far away and that's why they are very expensive.
John lewis car park ,well it is a car park! so it's a good car park, as far as car parks go !!!
