We have just read the previous review and cannot believe how it could possibly be for the same agents who have recently assisted us in the sale of our house and the purchase of our new apartment. John Couch Estate agents and the team of staff could not have been more helpful. We took advice in the first instance to settle on a sale price which was considerably higher than other agents had recommended and although it took a little time to sell, we achieved the full asking price. I got the impression that John Couch and his negotiators do not like to settle on anything but the full asking price. With regard to our purchase, local knowledge is everything and John Couch has it. Viewings by all members of staff were always on time and professionally carried out. They listened to what we wanted and went out of their way to find the perfect place for us to spend our retirement. Eventually they succeeded and we could not be happier. Once again the process was quick and seamless. Even after our move, the team have been most helpful, assisting us with local issues involving the apartment management company and out of hours problems. We would have no hesitation in recommending John Couch and his team to anyone. Their professionalism, attention to detail and the way they kept us in the picture every step of the way, made us feel confident and reassured throughout the whole process. I have recently purchased a property through John Couch Estate Agents and I was absolutely delighted with the service I received every step of the way. A huge thank you to John & his brilliant team but particularly John. My Mum and I can't thank John enough for all his support and hard work in selling my parents property, from finding the sellers, sorting the sale, to helping with the clearance / organising shredding etc.. you name it, to guiding us through everything and advise with the purchase of another property.
