Can not praise highly enough, for the direction, kindness respect and care shown to us at such a difficult time. You looked after our Mother when we no longer could and took her on life's final journey. We thank all the team at John Brown. We were guided through all stages in planning the funeral, and it resulted in a day of happy memories,which was a great comfort to us all. From our first meeting, Bronya listened carefully and respectfully to our requests, and immediately gave our family the confidence my father-in-law, Alan Clarke would receive the celebration service exactly as he had wanted. Ensuring no stone was left unturned, Bronya flawlessly coordinated all details of the service, making a lovely suggestion that both Alan's granddaughters could follow him into the crematorium, carrying the flowers they had specifically picked for their Grandad. The Civil Celebrant (Geoff Patching) Bronya chose to deliver the service was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with; he is a real credit to his profession! On the day, her quiet confidence and careful explanations ensured that everything went to plan; we really couldn’t have wished for anything better! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending John Brown's Funeral Services, and on behalf of my Mother-in-Law and the rest of the family, a huge thank you!
