Alan and all his staff couldn't have been more helpful with my mum's funeral arrangements in December, what should have been a happy time of the year for most families was an extremely sad one for mine. Although I have known Alan for a considerable length of time years infact I also worked as a Funeral Director you could say for the opposition, hand on heart should I have to use a Funeral Director again I will most certainly go back to Alan and all his colleagues their kindness meant so much to me and my family and we will be eternally grateful. My requests were carried out to the very last detail and they kept me fuĺly informed throughout the arrangements. I personally would like to thank you all.
