Melt in the mouth is what its supposed to do. And its perfect at doing it. There are other ice cream parlours, that are as good. But my first choice is Joe's. I live in the perfect place to say this to. I know of several parlours that are as good and closer and slightly further away. But I will still choose joes in an instant.

Everyone who lives in or has visited Swansea will tell you that Joe's Icecream is the best in South Wales. My husband loves the vanilla with chocolate sprinkles and I enjoy the the mint choc chip and the chocolate brownie flavours. We enjoy coming here for a treat and the location of this Joe's is so handy for people who live in Swansea to just drop in then enjoy their icecream in the indoor seating area, outdoor seating area or in the car park.
