Joe sport is a nice store with a good choice. However when the ski boots I bought there broke within a season, they turn out to be completely useless in helping me getting them fixed from abroad. Their dealer Scott Italy is not helping out either. I would never buy something with them again as I cannot count on their support and communication is very poor.

The customer service is very low. The people really interested in the thing they doing instead of buyers. The price range is high. Nothing was found under 50 euro.

Ottimo negozio, molta competenza, sono esperto nello sci da discesa ma totale neofita nello sci alpinismo, hanno saputo capire quale materiale mi sarebbe servito. Risultato: era da tempo immemore che non riuscivo a sciare così bene in neve fresca, con sci davvero adatti e leggerissimi durante la salita. Tutto ciò oltre a cortesia e disponibilità davvero rare. Ottimo!!! grazie !!
