What a professional estate agent. We immigrated to Canada in 2019 and in Feb 2020 our tenant suddenly moved out. Unfortunately, without proper research we appointed a local agent to take care of our rental property. We had the most awful business experience with that agent and when after four long months (during which the property hadn’t even been made tenant-ready), we decided to find a proper estate agent. Luckily, we found Kash in August and we have not looked back ever since. He is highly professional, honest and reliable. What the first estate agent could not do in 4 months, Kash did in 9 days!!
