These guys literally saved our Christmas! When my oven broke down unexpectedly on Christmas eve at 15.30, I rang to see if they could help and they stayed open after closing time in order to give us time to collect a new oven. They even rang me back after phone line list signal and cut off. Cannot thank you enough.. have used company before for repairs also and that was also a fab job. Great customer assistance and I would recommend to anyone who likes local, traditional customer service and not just a company interested in profit. These guys tick all the boxes.
Our washing machine stopped working and as we wanted to support local businesses we called in here, they were so helpful, price matched and with free local delivery we looked no further. Will definitely use them again.
